In the EA context, portfolios describe the systematic management of a company’s assets and their interdependencies and form the basis for the representation of a digital image (“digital twin”).
ArchiMate, the global standard for describing enterprise architectures, provides sufficient concepts for building such an EA repository and planning transformation projects.
This session will discuss the need for an enterprise portfolio for planning and executing architecture initiatives, as well as provide insight into how to implement it using ADOIT. A more detailed discussion of individual portfolios will be provided in subsequent EA Focus Week webinars.
