Viña Concha y Toro is Latin America’s leading wine producer, currently exporting to 140 countries worldwide. Running such a large operation means that EA needs to be at the top of its game. Concha y Toro began their EA journey in 2018 and soon after, introduced ADOIT for the formalization of this initiative. Mr. Cristian Becerra will tell us about his experiences of implementing EA in a traditional industry where, historically, innovations have been introduced without necessarily keeping IT and AE in mind – which originally led to the elements being duplicated and not integrated with the core architecture, resulting in higher administration and control efforts.
