Our goal is one common BPM Methodology based on an Enterprise Process House. To enable this transformation, we started leveraging ADONIS beyond the boundaries of BPM and implemented a set of interfaces (Confluence, SNOW, SolMan). The value of a fully integrated digital backbone is for example: high quality and standardized process documentation, data compliance, integrated core definitions modelling, and more use cases that you’ll hear about in our session!
