Yes, there are quite a few configuration options available for Administrators and for end users. Users can choose their own start models and choose additional roles to display for their MyBPM dashboard. Administrators can also lock the start model organization-wide. Administrators can also configure property filter settings, CD/CI settings for printing etc.
